Code of Ethics

FONTANA GROUP Member Companies

Annexe to Organization and Management Models (Law Decree n° 231, 8 June 2001, implementing Art. 30, Law Decree n° 81/08). This Code of Ethics applies to all companies belonging to the Fontana Group (hereafter also called “Gruppo Fontana” or “Fontana Company”), which includes:

• - I.B.S. Industria Bulloneria Speciale S.r.l.
• - Bulloneria Briantea S.p.a.
• - Bulloneria Barge S.p.a. - VBG S.r.l.
• - Lobo S.p.a. - Meridbulloni S.p.a.
• - Meb - Bulloneria Galvani S.r.l.
• - Nuova Eurodadi S.r.l.
• - Mec Bolt S.p.a.
• - FDM S.r.l.
• - R.S.B. Rivestimenti Speciali Bulloneria S.r.l
• - Soleasing S.r.l.
• - Fontana R.D. S.r.l.
• - Finlobo S.p.a.

The Code of Ethics shall be interpreted as a Charter of the fundamental rights and duties, through which the Group states and explains its own responsibilities and ethical-social commitments, also in the light of the provisions included in Law Decree n° 231/01.
